No Guarantee of Prescription

A prescription is not guaranteed and treatment decisions are made solely at the discretion of the provider. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate. Submission of a consultation or intake form does not guarantee a prescription or treatment approval.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Telehealth services are not appropriate for emergency care.
