Medical Services

Duo Telehealth provides telehealth-related healthcare services through licensed healthcare providers.

Telehealth Consent

By using our services, you acknowledge that healthcare services may be delivered electronically using telehealth technologies. See our Telehealth Consent for details.

No Emergency Services

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention. Duo Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency care.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate and at the sole discretion of the licensed healthcare provider. Submission of a consultation or intake form does not guarantee a prescription or treatment approval.

Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with services provided.

Your use of the services is governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
